Overview

We’re looking for a Production Intern / Cinematography Assistant (0–1 year of experience) who is eager to learn, gain hands-on exposure in production, and build strong fundamentals.

This is a Hybrid role, but Gurgaon-based candidates are preferred, as you’ll be required to be on location during shoot days. If you’re interested in documentary films, motion explainers, and fashion shoots, you’ll likely enjoy working with us.

Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos using a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or smartphone (preferably iPhone) with your own equipment
- Capture and retouch high-quality images for a variety of projects, including e-commerce and fashion shoots.
- Provided high-quality color grading and video production for a range of projects.
- Create social media content, including reels, product videos,



behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle shoots
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and overall composition during shoots
- Understand creative briefs and turn them into engaging visual content
- Suggest creative ideas, angles, and transitions during shoots
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and reel formats
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots within defined timelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on deliverables
- Handle revisions and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience or passion for Photography, Video, and Branding
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and understanding of Social Media platforms
- Robust Communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Creative mindset with attention to visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of video editing, photography, or cinematography is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
