Ecognix Technologies is building its first product TorqeAI , a multi-agentic model for B2B workflows designed to help businesses automate complex, cross-functional processes with autonomous AI agents working connectively.

We're an early-stage AI research & product startup backed by a founding vision to redefine how enterprises & their consumers operate. As Ecognix is gearing up for the investor pitch cycle, we're looking for a technical co-founder to lead engineering and shape the product from the ground up.

This is a founding-team, equity-based role — for someone who wants to build & launch something from day one, not join something that’s already established in the market.

What you'll own:

- Architect & lead development of TorqeAI and future model’s multi-agent AI infrastructure
- Build and scale the core engineering team as we grow
- Own technical strategy, architecture decisions, and product roadmap
- Represent the technical vision in investor conversations and due diligence
- Drive R&D; on cutting-edge multi-agent systems, model orchestration, and B2B/B2C workflow AI
- Set engineering culture, standards, and hiring bar from the ground up
- Lead, plan, manage & execute the engineering/software team in any aspects required

What we're looking for:





- Robust hands-on knowledge/experience in AI/ML engineering — especially LLMs, agentic systems, or workflow automation

• Prior experience building products from 0→1, ideally in a startup or founding capacity (if any)

- Full-stack or systems architecture experience
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats early on
- A founder's mindset — ownership, urgency, and conviction in the mission
- Bonus: prior startup CTO/founding engineer experience, or exposure to investor & client facing technical conversations
