**Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution at Fintech Cloud Pvt. Ltd. The CTO will oversee software and platform development, cloud infrastructure, architecture design, security, and scalability of all lending and automation systems.

This role includes managing cross-functional engineering teams, prioritizing the technology roadmap, and coordinating with product, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and regulatory-compliant solutions. The CTO will evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI/ML for underwriting and risk analytics, ensure robust integration with partners via APIs,



and drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities also include overseeing vendor relationships, setting development standards and processes, monitoring key technology KPIs, and mentoring leaders within the technology orga nization.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development, including building and scaling cloud-native, API-first platforms.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with experience designing secure, highly available systems for financial services or similar regulated environments.
- Demonstrated capability in Project Management, leading cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Proven leadership experience heading technology or engineering teams, ideally as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar senior role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, data security, and integration with third-party fintech or NBFC systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in credit scoring, fraud detection, and risk analytics, and understanding of RBI digital lending and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to align technology priorities with business goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; fintech or lending domain experience is highly advantageous.**
