Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer role based in Noida. The CTO will lead the overall technology strategy for the IENERGY® platform suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across cloud, IoT, AI,



and data integration solutions.

Responsibilities include overseeing software and product development lifecycles, guiding architectural decisions, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals and ESG/EHS market needs. The role involves managing cross-functional engineering teams, prioritizing technology roadmaps, and coordinating with product, operations, and customer success to deliver robust, user-centric solutions. The CTO will also evaluate emerging technologies, establish best practices in DevOps and cybersecurity, and represent the technology function in executive discussions and key customer engagements.
