Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving organizational performance across all business units. The COO will translate the company’s strategic vision into operational plans, manage business processes, and optimize resource allocation to support engineering, sourcing, and delivery activities.

Responsibilities include leading operations teams, monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration among engineering, finance,



and commercial teams. The role involves overseeing budgeting and cost control, supporting business planning and forecasting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. The COO will work closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen customer relationships, support global projects, and ensure that operational practices align with company values and long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Business Planning and strategic execution, with the ability to build and implement long-term operational roadmaps.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Budgeting, including managing P&L;, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Extensive leadership experience in technology, engineering, automotive, or industrial sectors, preferably in a COO or senior operations role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, implement continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and quality.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
