The Client is seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and drive the next generation of banking technology products, strengthen our market leadership, and accelerate growth across GLOBAL markets.

Role Overview The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for defining and executing company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our entire product portfolio. This executive leader will oversee product management, product innovation, market strategy, AI transformation initiatives, and product commercialization.

The ideal candidate combines deep banking technology expertise with proven experience in enterprise SaaS platforms, digital banking, lending solutions, CRM for financial services, AI-driven customer engagement, and Microsoft's Financial Services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and execute company’s global product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead product innovation across digital banking, CRM, lending, branch banking, and AI-powered solutions.
- Identify market opportunities,



emerging trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
- Drive product portfolio optimization and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between product investments, revenue growth, customer success, and corporate strategy.

AI & Digital Innovation

- Drive AI-first product strategies across the portfolio.
- Define use cases for Generative AI, AI Agents, Conversational Banking, Hyper-Personalization, and Intelligent Automation.
- Integrate AI capabilities leveraging Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot technologies, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Champion data-driven banking experiences and customer engagement innovation.

Go-To-Market & Commercial Success

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams globally.
- Develop product positioning, pricing, packaging, and market expansion strategies.
- Engage directly with strategic banking customers and executive stakeholders.
- Support major pursuits, analyst engagements, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive forums.

Product Organization Leadership

- Build and lead high-performing global product management and product marketing organizations.




- Establish world-class product management practices, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Create customer-centric product development methodologies.
- Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 18 years of experience in Banking Technology, FinTech, Digital Banking, or Financial Services Software.
- 10 years in senior product leadership roles, including VP Product, Head of Product, or Chief Product Officer.
- Proven ownership of enterprise-scale product portfolios with global market adoption.
- Robust understanding of: Digital Banking Platforms, Omnichannel Banking, CRM for Financial Services, Lending Platforms, Customer Engagement Solutions, AI & Automation Technologies, Core Banking Integrations, Financial Services Regulations & Compliance

Must Have Experience

Banking Domain Expertise: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Islamic Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Customer Experience Transformation
