About the Role

We are building a next-generation Digital Fleet & Transport Management Platform designed to digitise and simplify operations for transport agents, fleet owners, consignors, consignees and brokers.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can build the entire marketing ecosystem from the ground up and drive awareness, customer acquisition, brand positioning and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the complete Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the platform.
- Define market segmentation, target customers, positioning, pricing communication and value proposition.
- Build the marketing organisation, hierarchy, roles and manpower plan and recruit the right team.
- Develop an integrated ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media, Print, Events, Trade Shows and Partner Marketing strategy.
- Build highly targeted campaigns for Transport Agents, Fleet Owners and Logistics Ecosystem stakeholders.
- Establish a strong lead-generation and marketing-funnel engine, integrated with Sales and CRM.
- Develop regional and industry-specific marketing strategies to scale across India.
- Build the brand as a trusted technology partner for the Indian transport industry.




- Drive content marketing, video marketing, webinars, case studies, customer testimonials and thought leadership.
- Develop channel, association and strategic partnerships with transport associations, logistics networks and industry bodies.
- Define marketing KPIs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROI and revenue contribution and establish a performance-driven marketing culture.
- Identify and deploy appropriate MarTech, AI and marketing automation tools to create a scalable, data-driven marketing engine.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, creative agencies and marketing vendors wherever required.
- Work closely with the CEO, Product and Sales teams to continuously improve product-market fit and customer acquisition.

Ideal Candidate

- 12–20+ years of experience in B2B technology, SaaS, logistics-tech, fintech, mobility, ERP or related sectors.
- Proven experience in building a marketing function from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, digital marketing and enterprise/SME customer acquisition.
- Experience in selling technology solutions through direct sales, channels, partnerships and industry networks.
- Strong understanding of the Indian transport, logistics and fleet ecosystem will be a major advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “build, execute and scale” approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and team-building capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment with significant ownership and accountability.
