We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head Human Resources to lead the organization's people agenda and drive a high-performance culture. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing robust Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI frameworks, leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management practices across the organization.
Key Focus Areas
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit management.
- Drive KRA &
- KPI frameworks, performance appraisal, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage talent acquisition and build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, employee welfare, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate learning programs.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development,
and people-related decisions.
- Establish HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR operations.
- Support leadership in organizational restructuring, succession planning, and change management.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently implemented across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or engineering organizations.
- Robust exposure to HR transformation, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
