Position Summary

Manappuram Jewellers is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, governance, and operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the jewellery industry and possess strong expertise in financial management, bullion accounting, inventory controls, taxation, compliance, profitability analysis, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function of Manappuram Jewellers.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Manage treasury operations, working capital, banking relationships, and fund mobilization.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor profitability across retail outlets and business segments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Establish robust internal controls, financial governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Oversee inventory valuation,



bullion accounting, stock audits, and financial controls specific to the jewellery industry.
- Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Support business expansion, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives through financial analysis and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the Jewellery Industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience as CFO, Head Finance, VP Finance, Finance Controller, or equivalent leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of jewellery retail finance, bullion management, inventory controls, taxation, and compliance.
- Expertise in financial planning, treasury management, cost control, and business finance.
- Experience in ERP systems, financial reporting, and business analytics.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
