Job Summary :

Lead the overall Mining, Quartz Mineral Processing, O&M;, Projects, Business Development, and P&L; of the organization. Drive business growth, operational excellence, cost optimization, strategic planning, and commercial expansion across domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the complete Quartz value chain from mining to finished products, including Quartz Lumps, Grit, Filler, and by-products.
- Drive production, business, and profitability targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
- Oversee Mining, Mineral Processing, RMHS, O&M;, and Engineering Projects.
- Ensure timely execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules.
- Drive manpower planning, team building, contractor/vendor management, and organizational development.
- Control plant operating costs, procurement, spares, machinery utilization, and resource efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards, statutory compliance, SOPs, and zero-accident practices.
- Develop domestic and international business partnerships and identify current growth opportunities.
- Monitor P&L;, budgets, debtors, creditors, MIS, and overall financial performance.
- Establish machine-wise utilization, operational cost, and performance improvement standards.
- Implement long-term business strategies, policies, and organizational goals.
- Ensure effective coordination with CFTs, business heads, HODs, customers, contractors, and vendors.





Preferred Qualification :

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Mining Engineering, or Mineral Processing.

Experience :

- 25+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a Quartz Mineral Processing Unit.
- Strong hands-on experience in Quartz/Mineral Processing, Mining, O&M;, RMHS, Projects, and Business Development.
- Proven experience with overall P&L; responsibility in Mining/Mineral Processing.
- Experience in Quartz, Feldspar, Silica Sand, Quartzite, or similar mineral processing preferred.
- Telugu language knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness for long-term association and work between Hyderabad corporate office and Mudigubba project location.
