Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ATOM Group is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Gurgaon, responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and performance expectations for the organization. The CEO will oversee business operations, project delivery, and financial performance across engineering, infrastructure, and technology segments, ensuring alignment with long-term growth and profitability goals. Daily responsibilities include leading the executive team,



making key investment and resource allocation decisions, reviewing project pipelines, monitoring risk, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The CEO will cultivate client relationships, expand strategic partnerships, and represent ATOM Group and MEP LOGIX in key market forums, driving brand positioning and market expansion. This role also involves fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence, while developing future leaders and ensuring effective governance.

Qualifications

- Proven senior leadership experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and P&L; management, including driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Strong capabilities in project and program management, risk management, and governance to oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale turnkey and MEP projects.
- Experience with technology-driven operations, digital transformation, or asset management platforms, ideally involving data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, partners, vendors, boards, and internal teams with clarity and influence.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing, diverse teams, promote a culture of safety and compliance, and drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
