Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our WFH team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and mandatory power backup. Hindi reading and writing skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat/email as per process requirements.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

- Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

- Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.

- Be available and actively work during assigned shift timings.

Eligibility Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.

- Hindi is mandatory - candidates must be able to read, write, and understand Hindi.

- Good English communication skills.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.





- Laptop is mandatory for WFH.

- Reliable power backup is mandatory to ensure uninterrupted work.

- Stable and reliable internet connection is mandatory.

- Dedicated and suitable workspace at home.

- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.

- Prior customer service/BPO experience will be an advantage.
