Role Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to handle taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Audit, and Companies Act.

Key Responsibilities

- Taxation & Compliance
- Handle Direct & Indirect Tax - Income Tax Return, GST Return, TDS Filing (GSTR-1, 3B, TDS Return)
- Tax planning and advisory for company and clients.
- Audit & Assurance
- Conduct Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit
- Prepare Audit Reports and Financial Statements as per IND-AS / Schedule III.
- Financial Management
- Finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L;,



Cash Flow
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Control
- MIS reporting to management
- ROC & Legal
- ROC filings - AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR KYC
- Handle Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory compliances.

Required Skills

- Must: CA Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Knowledge: IND-AS, GST Law, Income Tax Act, Companies Act 2013, Auditing Standards
- Soft Skills: Analytical, Detail-oriented, Client handling, Leadership.
- Should be good cummunicaiton skills.
