Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of KORNIC ELECTRO WORLD PVT LTD. The CFO will manage budgeting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning to support the company’s growth in the solar energy sector.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions, assessing investment opportunities, optimizing capital structure, and implementing financial controls and risk management practices. The CFO will lead the finance team, develop efficient processes,



and provide clear financial insights to support operational and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in corporate or project finance within energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term strategic financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with financial management software and advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a finance team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or EPC environments is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with project-based financing and capital expenditure planning.
