- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise junior accountants and finance staff.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and controls.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.




- Partner with management for business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
- Support due diligence and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, or new projects.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in GST and Export Knowledge.
- Good communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
