We are seeking experienced and discreet Chartered Accountants with a strong background in:

Key ResponsibilitiesTrusts &

- Estate StructuringSuccession &
- Estate PlanningFamily Settlements &
- Dispute Advisory

- Income Tax Advisory &
- Compliance
- Expert Knowledge of Income Tax laws
- Provide strategic advice on complex taxation matters
- Set up and manage private family trusts, charitable trusts, and offshore structures
- Draft trust deeds in collaboration with legal advisors
- Advise on revocable vs irrevocable trusts, roles of settlors, trustees, and beneficiaries




- Maintain compliance and reporting for trusts under Income Tax, FEMA, and FCRA
- Work with legal teams to draft Wills, family constitutions, shareholding arrangements, and succession blueprints
- Support in execution of inheritance plans, asset transfers, and business continuity strategies
- Assist in defining family governance frameworks, roles, and dispute resolution mechanisms
- Structure and mediate family settlements involving ownership, control, and asset division
- Analyze and advise on implications of family arrangements (tax, compliance, asset holding)
- Provide financial advisory in inter-family negotiations, realignments, or demergers

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience
- Exposure to family offices or wealth advisory firms

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi Commitment: Full time

Work Days &

- Time: Monday - Saturday: 9.30am - 06.00pm

2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
