We are looking for a detail-oriented Charge Entry Executive to accurately enter and review patient charges, procedures, and billing information in the healthcare billing system. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate charge submission as per client and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

- Enter patient charges and procedure details accurately into the billing system.

- Review charge documents and verify patient, provider, date-of-service, and procedure information.

- Assign appropriate CPT, HCPCS, and diagnosis codes based on available documentation, as applicable to the role.

- Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete charge information and coordinate with the concerned team for correction.

- Ensure charges are entered within the required turnaround time.





- Follow client-specific billing guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing.

- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and insurance processes is an advantage.

- Good typing and computer skills.
