Job Summary :

Experience as a technical consultant with experience in one or more following skills with ability to code, write design / tech specs, perform code reviews, understand integration strategies, perform data conversions, understand how HR interfaces with other modules : Workday EIB, Studio, Core / Benefits / Payroll Connectors, Calc Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIB to streamline data exchange between Workday HCM and third-party systems.
- Configure and maintain PECI Payroll integrations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for our global client base.
- Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle,



translating high-level business needs into scalable technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration errors, performing root cause analysis to minimize system downtime and enhance user experience.
- Partner with functional consultants to validate integration designs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and technical best practices.
