Role Description The Financial Force (Certinia) Expert is a full-time, remote role responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions to support financial operations and decision-making. This role involves managing core financial modules, including billing, revenue recognition, general ledger, and reporting, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

The expert will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and technology teams to understand business requirements, design workflows, and translate them into scalable Certinia configurations.



Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, enhancing existing setups, creating dashboards and analytics, documenting processes, and training internal stakeholders on best practices. The role also requires active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and integration projects within Tudip Digital’s AI-driven ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong finance domain knowledge, including Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, building reports, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Transparent and effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex financial concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) ERP/PSA modules, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce platform fundamentals and integrations related to Certinia.
- Experience in process design and optimization for financial operations and revenue management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Background in technology services or SaaS environments and familiarity with AI/data-driven businesses is beneficial.
