About the Role

We are looking for Category Executives/Associates – Dairy & Eggs to support the day-to-day operations and growth of the Dairy & Eggs category.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of dairy products, category operations, data analysis, and vendor/brand coordination. Candidates with an educational background in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science / Food Technology will be preferred.

Graduates from reputed dairy institutes such as NDRI, ICAR institutes, and other relevant dairy/food technology colleges are particularly preferred.

What you'll do:

- Support day-to-day category management activities for the Dairy & Eggs category.
- Assist in category data tracking, MIS, reporting, and analysis.
- Monitor key category metrics such as sales, assortment, pricing, availability, and inventory.
- Coordinate with brands, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth category operations.
- Support new brand and SKU onboarding, including product information, pricing, listings, and documentation.
- Assist with sourcing and assortment planning based on customer demand and category requirements.




- Identify gaps in assortment, availability, pricing, and product listings and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and other category initiatives.
- Maintain accurate trackers and ensure timely follow-up on operational requirements.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in category management, FMCG, dairy, food, e-commerce, quick commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers from reputed dairy/food technology institutes are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-oriented setting.
