Darnika's Veloci Car Wash (doorstep service) is looking for a skilled and passionate technician to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Execution: Perform doorstep exterior washing, interior vacuuming, deep cleaning, polishing, and detailing services following Hoora’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Order Management: Handle booking requests by us, navigate to customer locations punctually, and update job statuses in real-time.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with vehicle owners, perform pre- and post-service inspections with them, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Safety & Quality Standards: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, personal hygiene guidelines, and vehicle safety standards while servicing customer vehicles.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Vehicle & License: A valid 2-4-wheeler driving license.
- Smartphone: An Android smartphone with an active internet connection to operate the Hoora Partner App.
- Experience: Prior experience in car washing, auto detailing, garage assistance, or doorstep delivery is a plus (motivated freshers are welcome to apply).
- Soft Skills: Strong punctuality, good communication, customer-first attitude, and qualified behavior.
- Documentation: Valid government ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) and clear background check status.

- Perform premium interior and exterior car detailing.
- Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for detailing services.
- Carry out paint correction, machine polishing, and buffing.
- Apply Ceramic, Graphene, and Glass Coatings.
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) with high-quality finishing.
- Perform engine bay, wheel, tire, and interior deep cleaning.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure premium quality.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Handle customer vehicles carefully and follow studio quality standards.Requirements:
- Experience in car detailing, ceramic coating, and PPF installation preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
