Salary: Up to ₹22 LPA

Experience: 4+ years of Team Lead experience

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

We are looking for an experienced Capital Market Specialist – Team Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Private Equity Funds, NAV, and International Banking, along with strong team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience in Private Equity Funds

Good knowledge of NAV (Net Asset Value)

Experience working with an International Bank

Minimum 4 years of Team Lead experience

Manage and guide team members to achieve operational and business objectives

Handle stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of processes

Monitor team performance and maintain quality standards

Solid analytical,



communication, and people-management skills

Qualifications

MBA – Finance

CFA

CA (IPCC)

Candidates with any one of the above relevant qualifications may be considered based on experience and suitability.

Candidate Profile

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a US-shift environment

Candidates who can join immediately to 30 days are preferred
