Role Description The Capacity Planning Manager is a full time remote role responsible for ensuring that PInterview has the right resources and scheduling to meet user demand across its services. This role involves analyzing user traffic and booking patterns, forecasting demand for mock interviews and consulting sessions, and developing capacity plans that align with business goals. The manager will collaborate with operations, product, and customer support teams to optimize workforce allocation, improve service availability, and minimize wait times.

Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, identifying capacity risks, proposing data-driven improvements,



and implementing processes for continuous optimization. The role also involves preparing regular reports for leadership, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to scalable operational frameworks as the platform grows.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning and capacity management, with the ability to design and maintain scalable resource allocation models.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with demand forecasting, including proficiency in interpreting data, building projections, and creating actionable insights.
- Background in workforce management, such as scheduling, utilization tracking, and balancing service levels with operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience in online platforms, edtech, or service operations is an advantage.
