Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth end-to-end campus operations across multiple functions





Manage day-to-day operational workflows with a solid process orientation

Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Address and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner

Maintain and manage accurate data records using Excel and ERP systems

Support planning and execution of operational processes and improvements An ideal candidate should have: (Skills)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset

Effective communication and interpersonal coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly

Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools for data management The Successful Applicant:

Holds 2-4 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or hospitality roles

Brings a service-first mindset with a high sense of accountability

Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
