Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of coffee and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee, and other beverages under supervision

- Assist senior Baristas with daily café operations

- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and basic brewing equipment

- Take customer orders and process bills through POS

- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation

- Assist in basic food preparation and service when required

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment

- Check and maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients

- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures

- Handle customer queries politely and professionally

- Support the team during peak hours and maintain smooth café operations

- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation

Qualification & Experience:

- HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred

- 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop

- Freshers with Barista training/certification are welcome

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, or QSRs

- Basic knowledge of latte art or specialty coffee is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
