Role Description The Cad Designer is a full-time role based in Surat with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. In this position, the designer will create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings for fine jewelry pieces, translating design concepts into production-ready files.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and craftsmen, refining designs for manufacturability, and preparing accurate construction drawings that meet quality and technical standards.

Designer will review prototypes,



make design adjustments based on feedback, and ensure all digital files are organized and compliant with internal processes. The role also involves working closely with production teams to support smooth execution from digital design to finished jewelry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with experience in jewelry or product design software.
- Candidates should possess Technical Drawing and Drawing skills to convert design concepts into clear, precise visual representations.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings and Design Engineering skills to ensure designs are structurally sound and ready for manufacturing.
- Relevant experience in jewelry design or luxury product manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Jewelry Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and the ability to interpret design briefs accurately.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with designers, craftsmen, and production staff.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, managing both on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
