We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about building strong B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospital segments.
- Generate leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, emails, references, and other outreach channels.
- Connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and present suitable product solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate samples, negotiate commercials, and support the closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, operations, marketing, and dispatch to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.




- Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Solid communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Good negotiation and convincing abilities

✔️ Proactive approach towards lead generation

✔️ Comfortable with cold calling and B2B sales

✔️ Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills

✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✔️ Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, healthcare, FMCG, personal care, or related industries is an advantage.
