SPiZ NFusE, a fusion-energy-based deep-tech startup working toward next-generation fusion and nuclear-energy technologies, is looking for a young, bright, committed, and dynamic qualified to join our team.

Role: Business & Technology Promotion – Fusion Energy The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and COO and will be responsible for developing and executing technology-driven business and promotion modules covering both technical and commercial aspects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop technology + business promotion strategies for SPiZ NFusE's futuristic fusion-energy products and solutions.
- Understand and communicate complex fusion, plasma, nuclear, and deep-tech concepts to technical as well as non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, technology presentations, product briefs, market studies, and commercial documents.
- Support technology commercialization, partnerships, client interactions, and business development.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for emerging fusion-energy and deep-tech markets.
- Assist the leadership team in developing strategic business and technology roadmaps.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, exhibitions, investor discussions, and industry interactions.




- Coordinate with technical and business teams to convert technological concepts into viable products and opportunities.

Desirable Background
- Master’s Degree in Physics, Engineering, Nuclear Science, Energy Technology, Materials Science, or a related science/technology discipline with adequate understanding in technology management and product forecasting aspects.
- Strong understanding and comprehension of deep-tech technologies.
- Ability to understand both technical and financial/business aspects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel outstation whenever required.
- Ability to confidently explain technical facts, figures, and concepts.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer savvy with good proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint, documentation, data analysis, and digital tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
