We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating with our technical team to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on current business leads.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage client relationships and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with developers and other internal teams.
- Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
- Identify new market and partnership opportunities.
