About the Role

Chate Prep+ is looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Business Operations Intern to support our day-to-day administration, HR, recruitment and internal operations.

You’ll work closely with the team and help ensure that people, documents, follow-ups, and everyday office operations run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a growing company actually operates.

What You’ll Do

- Support recruitment and hiring activities
- Post job openings and screen applications
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with employee/intern onboarding
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
- Organise HR and company documentation
- Maintain digital folders and operational records
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers and internal teams
- Manage routine office and administrative requirements
- Track pending tasks and follow-ups
- Support management with day-to-day business operations
- Help build and improve simple admin & HR processes

Who We’re Looking For





- BBA / B.Com / HR / Management or similar student/graduate
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and following up
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Responsible with confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
