B2B Marketing Specialist:

AT L&T; Technology Services (LTTS), We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, strengthen client relationships, and support sales growth. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering measurable results through digital campaigns, content creation, and market research. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building impactful campaigns and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid ads).
- Create high-quality content tailored for business audiences (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, presentations).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and refine targeting.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral, pitch decks, and client-facing materials.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads, nurture prospects, and measure campaign performance.
- Assist in planning and coordinating webinars, trade shows, and industry events.




- Monitor and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies for business audiences.
- Good understanding of marketing levers and sub functions
- Extensive hands-on experience in planning & organizing physical, virtual & hybrid events for customers, corporate & industry trade shows.
- Generalist marketing professional who can adapt to dynamic business environments as per the needs of the function for the campaigns.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, planning & prioritization, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Able to work across departments at all levels.
- Proficient in managing complex and multiple processes, dash boarding and reporting.
- Relevant work experience in the field of technology is preferred.
