Company PROMARC Associates Job Summary Lead business development for Government and PSU projects across Architecture, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Engineering Consultancy and Manpower Supply. Drive revenue through tender identification, client relationships, bid management and contract acquisition.

Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities on GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals and PSU portals. Develop relationships with government departments, municipal corporations, smart cities, development authorities and PSUs. Prepare EOIs, RFQs, RFPs and tender submissions. Coordinate with technical, finance and legal teams for bid documentation. Manage pre-bid meetings, presentations and client interactions. Develop consortiums/JVs where beneficial. Negotiate commercial terms and support contract execution. Maintain CRM of opportunities and prepare weekly business reports. Monitor competitor activity and procurement trends.

Eligibility





Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience 5–10 years in government business development, preferably in consultancy, construction, infrastructure or manpower services.

Required Skills Government tendering, bid management, proposal writing, networking, negotiation, communication, MS Office, Excel, CRM, analytical ability.

Key Performance Indicators

Tender pipeline, tenders submitted, technical qualification rate, win ratio, contract value secured, revenue generated, recent client acquisition and repeat business.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
