Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our BIM services across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the BIM / AEC domain across India
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Promote BIM services including 3D modeling, coordination, Scan to BIM, and digital engineering solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, capability presentations, and cost estimations
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking forums to expand business reach
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Key Requirements





- 6+ years of experience in business development/sales in BIM, AEC, or engineering services
- Strong network within real estate developers, EPC companies, and design consultants in India
- Positive understanding of BIM services, workflows, and tools like Revit, Navisworks, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings
- Experience in handling PAN India clients is preferred
- Good understanding of BIM services and workflows; exposure to BIM consulting, advisory, or implementation strategies will be a strong advantage

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
