We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and highly motivated Business Operations & Growth Intern to join our growing team at Nauka Beverages LLP, the company behind Soldier Brew.

This is a hands-on startup internship where you will get exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, business development, retail expansion, operations, customer relationships, inventory coordination, and day-to-day business management.

You will work closely with the core team and get the opportunity to understand how a consumer brand is built and scaled from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Identify and reach out to potential retailers, distributors, cafés, supermarkets, gyms, offices, restaurants, and other sales channels.
- Assist in onboarding new retail and distribution partners.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and potential business partners.
- Maintain sales pipelines and track follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Research new markets and identify potential opportunities for Soldier Brew.
- Coordinate with existing retailers and distributors to ensure smooth business operations.

Business Operations

- Assist with day-to-day operational activities of the company.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, logistics, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Track orders, inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and stock availability.
- Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Help streamline recurring processes and improve operational efficiency.

Marketing & Brand Growth

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Research competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, events, sampling activities, and brand activations.




- Help identify new marketing and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for improving Soldier Brew's visibility and brand presence.

Retail & Market Expansion

- Research and identify potential retail outlets and sales channels.
- Help expand the brand's presence across supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, gyms, corporate offices, vending machines, and other relevant channels.
- Assist with marketplace and quick-commerce operations where required.
- Coordinate with retail partners regarding listings, stock, orders, promotions, and visibility.
- Track the performance of different sales channels and identify areas for improvement.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for sales, leads, inventory, orders, and operations.
- Prepare basic business reports and performance summaries.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and follow-ups.

General Startup Responsibilities

- Work on cross-functional projects as required.
- Assist the founders/core team with research, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
- Be willing to take on new responsibilities as the company scales.

Who We're Looking For
- Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of basic business and sales concepts.
- Comfortable communicating with retailers, distributors, customers, and business partners.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
