Qualification: MBA – Sales & Marketing or Any other streaming with Experience.

Experience: 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development / FMCG preferred

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build distribution networks, develop new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & business development strategies.
- Identify and acquire new distributors, retailers, institutional and B2B customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Explore current markets and expansion opportunities.
- Drive revenue, achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
- Track market trends, competition and customer requirements.

Ideal Candidate MBA in Sales & Marketing with strong communication,



negotiation and relationship-building skills, a proactive business mindset and a passion for building brands and markets.
