We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Business Development Manager with a strong background in

Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or US Staffing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable staffing solutions.

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.

- Negotiate and close new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment.

- Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and client interactions.





- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate repeat business.

- Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or US Staffing.

- Proven experience in acquiring and managing US-based clients.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle and achieve targets.

- Strong understanding of the US staffing market.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and business-oriented approach.

- Ability to work effectively during US business hours.
