We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a pure sales and target-driven role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth through multiple sales channels.

This role is best suited for highly motivated sales professionals who are comfortable with targets and performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Close sales using multiple channels such as:Facebook lead generation, Email leads, Cold calling
- Other online & offline sales channels
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships




- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain and update the client database regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance

Job Requirements

- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: 2 – 5 years in Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation
- Sales funnel
- Target-based selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer usage (CRM, email, Excel, online tools)
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment
- Willingness to work as a field sales qualified
