We’re Hiring! | Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Civil Construction & Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction & infrastructure sector.

Generate leads and build solid relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a strong project and client pipeline.

Handle business proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Identify upcoming tenders, projects, and potential clients.

Coordinate with technical, estimation, tendering, and project teams.

Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.

10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in Civil Construction/Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of construction projects, tenders, and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

Strong market knowledge and target-oriented approach.
