We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Civil Construction & Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction & infrastructure sector.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong project and client pipeline.
- Handle business proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Identify upcoming tenders, projects, and potential clients.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, tendering, and project teams.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in Civil Construction/Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction projects, tenders, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Solid market knowledge and target-oriented approach.
