Key Responsibilities

- Track, analyze, and report business development activities, sales performance, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and addressing client requirements proactively.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer engagement, and business development initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and ethical business practices.

- Support senior management in achieving the organization's strategic goals and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
