Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and energetic Business Development Manager who can become a core member of our team. The candidate should work with passion, dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Requirements and Responsibilities 1. The candidate should have a background in sales and marketing, with positive communication, convincing, negotiation and deal-closing skills.

1. The candidate should be willing to work as a core team member and make a minimum employment commitment of one year.
2. The candidate should be able to develop strategies for sales, marketing, operations and revenue generation.
3. The candidate should have a good understanding of startup ecosystems, different stages of startup funding, business growth and scalability, market opportunities, financial and business projections, and business and investor pitching.
4. The candidate should be able to manage daily operations and teams across marketing, sales and operations. This includes the ability to: • Achieve company goals and targets on time. • Monitor work independently.



• Make independent decisions when required. • Execute tasks according to company policies and requirements. • Stay connected with the management team remotely. .
5. The candidate must be willing to travel regularly. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory. A four-wheeler driving licence is preferred. The company plans to organise and coordinate various festivals, meetings and events, and the candidate should be able to manage the required travel independently
6. The candidate should be willing to travel to different locations and arrange appointments with government officials, spiritual leaders, sponsors, investors, temple authorities and business partners. The role also includes obtaining contracts, coordinating government permissions, and supporting events and festivals.

7. The candidate should be able to coordinate with different regions and stakeholders across Thrissur, Ernakulam, Palakkad and Malappuram districts.
