- Handle leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, website enquiries, WhatsApp and other sources.

- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational background, career goals and course requirements.

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions by using effective sales and counselling techniques.

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Admission Consultants, Career Counsellors, Education Consultants, Coaching Institutes and other student referral partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospective students.

- Identify and onboard new Admission Consultants and Career Counsellors who can refer suitable students to Trigya's programs.





- Build a strong referral and channel-partner network across Delhi-NCR and other target markets.

- Track and measure the performance of each consultant/referral partner and take initiatives to improve conversions.

- Be highly result-oriented and target-driven, with explicit responsibility for achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and counselling to follow-up, conversion and final admission.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
