5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales

Strong client acquisition & relationship management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Proven experience in lead generation & new business development

Ability to identify, develop & convert new opportunities

Strong market research & competitor analysis skills

Experience in proposals, presentations & deal closure

Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office





Strong track record of achieving sales & revenue targets

Excellent networking & stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert recent business opportunities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Prepare and deliver business proposals & presentations

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Collaborate with internal teams for successful delivery

Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

Represent the company at client meetings & networking events

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Experience in IT Services / IT Staffing / Recruitment is an added advantage
