- Candidate has to build the team of advisors/agents through their own references, their own connections & make them work for driving sales.
- Candidate doesn't need to sell the life insurance products but has to drive sales from their advisors/agents.
- Candidate has to continuously train & motivate the team for maximizing the sales. 4. .Candidate will be on the on-roll job & the advisor/agents will be on the commission bases.
- Depending on performance, there will be Rapid-track promotion National & International trips.
- For this, company will provide training also in which candidate will be taught about life insurance, recruitment of agents, client handling & relationship management, etc.
- Candidate will be on fixed pay Lucrative Incentives.
