BDM – Job Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction, interior, architectural and property-related services.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through direct calling, meetings, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, builders, architects, contractors, hardware shops and local business networks.

- Client Acquisition: Approach potential clients, understand their requirements and convert qualified prospects into customers.

- Site Visits &
- Meetings:

Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and present Kryston Infratech's services.

- Architect &

- Builder Network:

Develop strong skilled relationships with architects, civil engineers, builders, contractors, property dealers and other industry professionals.

- Sales Target: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, proposals and confirmed projects.

- Proposal &

- Follow-up:





Coordinate with the technical team for quotations/proposals and regularly follow up with clients until the project is finalized.

- Market Research: Monitor competitors, construction rates, customer demand and new project opportunities in the assigned territory.

- CRM &

- Reporting:

Maintain complete records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, quotations and conversions in the company's CRM/system and submit regular reports to management.

- Business Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business and referrals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
