Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the ACP and building materials market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and drive project and institutional sales from enquiry to order closure.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify upcoming projects and track them through tender, specification, and execution stages.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales, specification, and project teams for successful project conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Expand the companys market presence and customer network in the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, project pipelines, and business development reports.
