nnWe are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who understands India's enterprise technology ecosystem and has strong relationships within the data center, networking, AI infrastructure, telecom, or system integration industries.

nThis is not a traditional sales role.

nYou will work directly with international technology manufacturers and India's leading data center operators, cloud providers, enterprises, telecom companies, and system integrators to develop business opportunities across multiple technology domains.





nnKey Responsibilities

nnMarket Development

- Develop new business opportunities across India's AI infrastructure ecosystem.
n
- Build strategic relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, cloud providers, telecom operators, enterprises, and system integrators.
n
- Position OneCarat Technologies and our global OEM partners in the Indian market.
n

nBusiness Development

n

n
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities from initial engagement through commercial closure.
n
- Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical workshops.
n
- Coordinate with international OEMs on technical and commercial discussions.
n
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
n

nStrategic Account Management

nDevelop relationships with key stakeholders across:

nnIdeal Candidate

nnWe're looking for someone with:

n✔ 2–5 years of B2B technology sales or business development experience

n✔ Strong relationships within the data center, networking, AI infrastructure, or telecom ecosystem

n✔ Experience selling enterprise infrastructure solutions

n✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n✔ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from the ground up
