Admitus is looking for a driven and result-oriented

Business Development Executive to join our growing Study Abroad team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student acquisition, building strong relationships with prospective students, and converting leads into successful enrolments across international study destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and destination preferences.

- Counsel students on suitable universities, courses, intakes, and study-abroad opportunities.

- Follow up consistently with prospective students throughout the decision-making and application journey.

- Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to enrolment.

- Achieve individual and team-based sales and enrolment targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to student acquisition strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, partners, and other stakeholders where required.

- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM systems.

- Work closely with admissions, visa, marketing,



and operations teams to ensure seamless student processing.

- Stay updated on international education trends, university offerings, visa requirements, and changing market conditions.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, student recruitment, counselling, or the study-abroad/immigration industry.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on conversions and results.

- Ability to confidently speak with students and parents and understand their requirements.

- Good knowledge of popular study destinations such as the

UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, Ireland, and other European countries is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
