Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

Daily activities include prospecting, conducting outreach via calls and emails, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating proposals.

Executive will also track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and report on performance metrics to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects, create opportunities, and expand the client base.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and support long-term engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective client meetings, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, market research, consulting, or related services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area, with strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
