Business Development Executive – Tender & Government Contracts

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers and final-year MBA students who are interested in Business Development, Government Tenders, and Contract Acquisition. The selected candidates will initially work as interns and, based on performance, may be offered a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track Government Tenders and IT service opportunities.
- Search and monitor opportunities on GeM, CPPP, State Government Tender Portals, and other tender websites.
- Understand tender requirements, eligibility criteria, EMD, technical and financial requirements.
- Assist in preparing Tender Documents, EOI, RFP, RFQ and Bid submissions.
- Coordinate with internal technical, finance and management teams for tender preparation.
- Maintain a database of ongoing, upcoming and submitted tenders.
- Research Government Contracts and IT procurement opportunities.
- Support business development activities and client/vendor communication.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings and bid status.




- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
- Develop knowledge of GeM procurement and government procurement processes.

Eligibility:

- MBA – Freshers can apply.
- Final-year MBA students can apply.
- Candidates with specialization in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Operations or related fields preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid interest in Government Tenders, GeM and Business Development.
- Willingness to learn government procurement and tendering processes.
